Mold and Molding Process Control

For mold precision, multi-cavity balance simulation, exhaust system optimization, and mirror cavity processing are adopted to improve batch size consistency. The injection process implements closed-loop monitoring of curing time, injection pressure, holding pressure, and temperature control to prevent burrs, shrinkage cavities, and glue overflow. Micro-injection control uses numerical monitoring and variable adjustment, making it more suitable for small and complex structural parts.

Fully Automated Production and Inspection

Automatic injection plus automatic demolding utilizes robot demolding to avoid manual damage, enabling stable mass delivery. Automatic trimming and assembly reduce labor costs and defect rates. Visual inspection includes automated appearance inspection and dimension measurement, capable of detecting micro-cracks, burrs, material shortages, and bubbles. Functional inspections such as waterproofing, sealing, elastic fatigue, and conductivity tests ensure functional reliability.

Functional and Reliability Testing

Mechanical performance tests cover tensile strength, compression set, hardness stability, and fatigue cycles, applicable to watch buttons, sealing rings, etc. Environmental reliability tests include high-temperature resistance (250°C), UV resistance, salt spray testing, and aging resistance, suitable for automotive, outdoor, and industrial scenarios. Chemical compatibility tests involve oil resistance, chemical resistance, alcohol resistance, disinfection resistance, and sweat resistance, which are necessary for medical, infant, and wearable products. 

Packaging and Cleanliness Control

The production environment features a Class 10,000 clean workshop, suitable for medical and infant-grade products, as well as the medical, food, and mother-and-baby industries. The packaging method adopts dust-free bags, isolation packaging, and automatic labeling. Surface cleanliness is ensured through detection of dust, particles, and volatile substances.
